Does Bouji Broad have a retail storefront?

BoujiBroad.com is an online retail store. Our strategy is to sell high quality merchandise at the lowest possible cost. To ensure that the costs of a retail outlet aren’t passed on to you by way of higher prices- like other retailers do – we strictly sell online.

In which currency am I being charged?

All prices listed are in United States dollars (USD).

Are the items Authentic?

We are pleased to offer guaranteed authentic items at a fraction of the price of our competitors. If an item is categorized or advertised as “Designer”, rest assured that you will always receive an authentic item. We work to bring you everyday fabulous prices under $75 and usually 25% off the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP).

When is my Credit Card charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order enters the shipping process. Your card provider will hold the necessary funds to fulfill the order through a pre-authorization process.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Sales tax is not charged for orders shipped to the USA. For a limited time, PST, GST or HST will not be charged for orders shipped to Canada.

What if an item that I really want is sold out?

Kindly Contact Us to request a re-stock of an item that you really want that is sold out. We will do our best to try to obtain another.

Will you adjust the price if an item goes on sale right after I buy it?

We work hard to offer you everyday low prices and value on every item. If an item goes on sale after an order has been submitted, adjustments cannot be made to that order.

Why am I not receiving email updates even though I am signed up for them?

Please check your email settings to insure that communication with us will not be blocked. Emails sent to you will have the domain of @boujibroad.com.

How can I change or update my password if it is lost or I forget it?

We cannot tell you your current password, but we can send you an email with a link to a page where you can create a new password. Just go to “My Account” and click on “Forgot my Password”. Once you have provided the requested information, we will email you the link.

Do you offer the ability to include a gift note with an order and can it be gift wrapped?

Yes, we offer free gift wrapping. You can include a short gift note in with your order. You will be asked if you want to do this as you go through the checkout process, and will then be prompted to enter your message.

I love it all and can’t decide on what to buy for myself or a friend. Do you offer Personal Shopping?

Yes, we know the dilemma one can face when trying to decide on an item for themselves or loved ones. Our buyers are made up of Personal Shoppers and Image Consultants who are here to assist you in your purchasing. Simply Contact Us with your request and we will email you a selection of products best suited for your need, free of charge!

When someone receives a Gift Card by email, they will also receive a unique code. To redeem this Gift Card, you simply need to enter the code in the “Voucher/Coupon Code” field that displays on the Shopping Basket page.

The Gift Card will be verified and its remaining balance will display in the confirmation message that will be shown.

Its amount will apply on the third checkout step (order review step). You will also see the new Gift Card balance before proceeding to pay.
